Dave Krause is a wilderness medicine instructor at SOLO Schools in North Conway, New Hampshire. He has worked as a professional EMT-Intermediate and has been part of three different search-and-rescue teams in the Mount Washington Valley. Dave has been climbing for ten years up and down the East Coast, Oregon, and in Northern Italy. His highest altitude experience to date was 4238m (13,900') on Volcan Tajulmulco in Guatemala and similar in Colorado. He was also a member of an expedition to Denali in 2000. Dave is also a Leave No Trace instructor.
